Former Orlando Pirates player Sibusiso Zuma is still hurting that he didn’t finish his career at the club which gave him the platform to shine and opened doors for him to go overseas.
“He spoke about how when he came back from Denmark he wanted to go back to Bucs. You could see he was disappointed he could not end it there and become one of the notable legends of the club,” said a source close to Zuma.
The source further revealed that Zuma spoke to Pirates chairman Irvin Khoza before coming back, asking to rejoin the Buccaneers.
“Khoza was apparently happy to welcome him back but there were issues which led to him joining Sundowns instead,” added the source.
