Orlando Pirates coach Micho Sredojevic believes Thamsanqa Sangweni is not working as hard as he should be to win a place in the team’s starting XI.
Sangweni joined Pirates from Chippa United at the beginning of the season, but has failed to make an impact at Bucs.
“He’s one of the midfielders competing for a place in central midfield,” Sredojevic told Goal.
“The moment he satisfies the standards and the criteria that we are demanding, then he will be in contention.
“As things stand, it’s up to him to fight for his place.”
