Is he the best Hip Hop artist in South Africa

South African Hip Hop music has grown so much that the country has a lot of very talented artists. Now the question that the hip hop fans would like to be answered on is that of who the king of South African hip hop music is. It sounds difficult to answer this questions as a lot of people have different answers and different reasons.

There has been a lot of debate regarding the hip hop king and mostly it has been between Casper Nyovest and AKA. Honestly speaking those 2 have been fighting each other unnecessarily. Their style of hip hop is not that unique and it is predictable. South African hip hop music is a culture by itself. The music is different to that of other countries and artists have different styles they use to do their music. Casper and AKA are well known artists in the country and the African continent, but if you can listen closely to Kwesta’s music you will feel what the man’s talent is all about and he has his own unique way.

Kwesta’s music is real hip hop and he has gained so much popularity in the country and the African continent. South Africans should not be surprised if he wins the next BET award. The man has all the talent and he is more than very good. Listening to his music is very mind blowing and one would ask themselves where he has been all along. Kwesta can do everthing he likes with the microphone. His low deep voice makes him the best by all means. He has found his style and is ready to blow the world of hip hop music.

AKA and Casper are very talented but Kwesta is something different. No doubt he is the new king of the hip hop music in the country.  Arguing about who the best is between Casper and AKA seems to be something people would not like to hear currently. Even Ricky Rick has overtaken the 2 when it comes to creativity and style. Kwesta does not like to be involved in the debate of the best hip hop artist in the country, but the man is the best. Ricky is also coming next to Kwesta.

I have managed to listen to a lot of albums for South African hip hop artists and have come to the conclusion that the music is more than ready to be part of the world. We just need to find the right channels and the right people to communicate with regarding our music. Our artists are working very hard to give us great hip hop music. We should be proud of the music we listen to everyday on national radio.

When coming to the hip hop king crown, let me not hide to you that Kwesta takes it. Definitely he takes the crown home. Although a lot of fans would argue on this matter, the man is the real boss currently. To all South Africans, let’s keep on supporting our artists and we must make sure we buy their music to guarantee us their full time album releases.
