Kaizer Chiefs to build their new team under Andile Jali

A source close to Andile Jali’s agency has revealed that the 27-year-old midfielder has just disappoint Orlando Pirates supporters who expect him to re-join their team in June when his contract at KV Oostende ends.

The source claims Jali may just join Kaizer Chiefs on his return.

“His move to Pirates seemed to be a done deal until something that happened recently put a spanner in the works. With the Belgian coach (Luc Eymael) going to Chiefs, Jali is likely to go there too because they are both under the same agent. If Luc tells them he wants Jali there, he will be convinced to join him and with (Willard) Katsande ageing, it would make sense for the new coach to want someone younger in that position,” said the source.

Chiefs are set to overhaul their team at the end of the season and it is understood that the manager Bobby Motaung is planning on building the new Chiefs team with Andile jali as their captain.

Meanwhile, Sundowns are also said to be interested in the Bafana Bafana midfielder and are preparing a big money offer for him.
