SuperSport United have two new faces in camp with them at present as they get their camp underway in Polokwane in preparation for the new season.
Matsatsantsa are hoping for a better year in 2019/20 after going trophyless in their last campaign, and Orlando Pirates have already confirmed that both Kuda Mahachi and Thamsanqa Gabuza are joining as new signings.
The Siya crew has been informed that Gabuza started training with his new teammates today as he looks to get acquainted after a long spell with the Buccaneers, while Mahachi’s arrival has been delayed due to Zimbabwe’s participation at the 2019 African Cup of Nations.
In other news, another ex-Buccaneer, Thabo Qalinge, has also joined up with SuperSport on their camp in Polokwane, with the midfielder currently assessing his options after his Pirates contract expired earlier this week.
Qalinge is known to have attracted interest from the likes of Kaizer Chiefs and Chippa United, though Kaitano Tembo is the one currently seeing him in action as he prepares for the season ahead.
‘Section 10’ played a number of games for Pirates last season, but is currently a free agent as he decides where his future will lie.
